2.) Do you really think when a person you hired from a big company falls ill, they can come up with a perfect substitute within days ?
(a smaller company can and will perform at least the same when searching a substitute, as the account is more important for it..)
3.) People working in a smaller company get to do more versatile tasks and are more aware of what drives a business.
4.) There will be no difference in the level of experience of the engineers
