Founded in 1999, Dolphin Engineering has worked inside multi-site hard- and software programmes and seen quality regimes from every part of the spectrum — from disciplined CMM level 5 teams to codebases nobody dares open anymore.
Since 2021, that same engineering background has grown into engineering leadership at ASML in Veldhoven — currently Engineering Manager / Group Leader Waferflow Software (Yieldstar / HMI), after several years leading and growing multi-competency teams ( software, physics and industrial-engineering ). Dolphin Engineering has worked with teams from India, Singapore, Taiwan, the United States, Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, England and Romania — many of them on-site, not just over a call.
English runs fluently, French and German well enough to sit in a technical review without an interpreter.
